Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.95 and expedited is $14.95. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Are the brands you sell genuine?
Yes. Branded items such as Post-it and 3M products are described as the manufacturer describes them; Market Launch is the retailer, not the manufacturer.
Do you sell to businesses and schools?
We do. Email us for multi-unit orders and we will confirm availability before you place them.
How do I check my order status?
Tracking is emailed when your package ships, and past orders are listed in your account.
