Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. MT begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates and rates

• Standard shipping — $5.95, delivered in 3–7 business days after processing.
• Expedited shipping — $14.95, delivered in 2–3 business days after processing.
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75 before tax.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, where transit times may be longer. We do not currently ship internationally or to freight-forwarding addresses.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment partner. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show carrier movement.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we refund the items but not the original shipping charge.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email Shipping@marketlaunch.org and we will open a carrier investigation and make it right.
