Return & Refund Policy

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging with all included components.

How to start a return

Email Return@marketlaunch.org with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with return instructions within one business day. Please do not ship items back before receiving instructions.

Non-returnable items

• Opened adhesive products, including sticky notes and easel pads, where seals are broken.
• Items damaged through use, or returned without original packaging and components.
• Clearance items explicitly marked final sale on the product page.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a damaged shipment.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases we cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Report damage or a picking error within 7 days of delivery, with photos where possible, to Support@marketlaunch.org. We resolve these cases without requiring a return in most instances.
